I love Fredrik's personality and I love how he's not afraid to show it.

He gives great advice in the book about real estate, business, relationships, and how to be professional.

He really focuses on social media and specifically Instagram which I thought was interesting.

Outwitting the Devil By: Napoleon Hill

Great book about overcoming fears and anchors that hold you back in life.

Talks about what you should not do when accomplishing success.

I believe that the devil didn't actually speak with Hill, but I feel like Hill was smart in marketing and structuring the book in this way, applying the knowledge and wisdom he took from his life of interviewing successful people.

They have a lot of interesting statistics in the book too.

The only thing I didn't like was that it drags on a lot and is very repetitive.

Kevin is actually a pretty cool guy, he seems so harsh and cold on tv but reading his words changed my opinion of him.

He's so driven and ambitious it's infectious.

It was interesting to see where he's come from and his background. He has a lot of set values that I admire and he inspires me.

Good moral's, excellent read for a young person. For me personally I didn't learn much but there was much to learn if your not familiar with money management. The author loves to repeat himself a million times about what he preaches which is a good/bad thing. I found the way he thinks is extremely similar to my thinking.

Great book explaining the mind set of how the rich think. It teaches how to separate yourself from the masses and to take risks and take a path less taken, like owning your own business. There's many perks to operating a business including tax savings compared to the heavy tax from a job (just over broke). Life is not about - Go to school, find a good company to work for, instead, go to school, find a good company to buy. Accumulating assets, and/or assets that produce cash flow, instead of liabilities. "Broke is temporary, poor is eternal."
